TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CYPRUS ATHLETIC TOURISM

These are the booking terms and conditions of I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD, Company number 371637, a registered company in Cyprus. Once you have submitted your signed booking form, submitted an online booking or paid the deposit payment for any of our packages, events or camps you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our booking policy and entering into a contract with I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD.

Booking Process

Pre-booking is necessary to reserve places on any I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD's sport event or training camp.

Deposit

To secure your booking you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price for any event or training camp.

Final Balance

The balance of your camp or package will be due in full for payment 4 weeks prior to your departure.

Booking amendments

If, after our confirmation has been issued to you, you would like to alter your booking, we will make our best endeavors to accommodate the changes, provided that notification is received in writing more than 8 weeks prior to departure. There will be a booking amendment fee of 20.00€ per person.

Cancellations

You may cancel your package with us at any time providing that the cancellation is made in writing.

Cancellation Fees

-More than 84 days prior: lose 50% deposit

-56 to 83 days prior: lose 60%

-42 to 55 days prior: lose 70%

-28 to 41 days prior: lose 90%

-1 to 27 days prior: lose 100%

Changes to your booking by I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD

I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD reserves the right to make changes at any time.

Health Insurance

For any packages to EU countries it is recommended that you apply for the European Health Insurance Card.

Complaints Procedure

Please follow up within 4 weeks of your return home by writing to I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD.

Liability

I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD cannot accept liability where our ability to carry out our services are affected by Force Majeure.

Flights

I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD cannot accept liability for missed departures and subsequent costs.

Airport Transfers

I. E. Athletic Tourism (CYPRUS) LTD will arrange suitable vehicles to transport our customers.

Passports

The name on your passport must match the name on your booking form. It must be valid for 6 months after your return.

Visas

It is each customer's responsibility to check the entry requirements of their chosen destination.

Travel Insurance

It is recommended that you take out sports travel insurance.
